In this project the apartment has been completely refurbished.

Kitchen renovation, 2 bathrooms, interior doors and the whole apartment has been completely painted.

Interior cabinets have also been reworked.

In the living-dining room, a store has been installed in the main balcony window.

The pallet and plumbing works have been entirely managed by our team of industrialists led by Ixai, the site manager and technician.

The general flooring, except for bathrooms and kitchen, has been covered with click-clack vinyl parquet that is resistant to water and footwear wear.

Bathroom furnishings are new as well as general sanitary ware.

The kitchen is of the INKO brand, model GOURMET, color FUMET GOLA ALUMINIUM.

The countertop is made of Neolith BARRO SATIN, 2 cm thick, heat and scratch resistant porcelain material.

The interior doors are white lacquered.
